DEAD FOOD or LIVING FOOD? -- YOU CHOOSE!!!

Do you wish to live a long, healthy, active LIFE and retain your youthful appearance? Do you eat mostly Dead food or Living Food?

Dead foods steal energy, minerals and other nutrients from your body as it attempts to digest, assimilate and neutralize the acidity and free-radicals created in the process. It’s a MIRACLE that the body copes with this onslaught of abuse for so long before the signs of ageing, ill-health and disease become outwardly apparent.

HEALTHY PEOPLE OF 100+ YEARS – WHAT CAN WE LEARN?

The three longest-living, healthiest people on Earth are the Hunzukuts of Pakistan, the Abkhazians of Russia, and the Vilacabambans of Ecuador. None of these people suffer from Western diseases - NO obesity, NO cancer, and NO heart disease! On average these people live to be OVER 100 years young and still physically active! And the men still father children at over 100 years of age!

Their diet includes 70-80% RAW (uncooked) fruits and vegetables and very little or NO animal products. And their lifestyle incorporates lots of exercise in a natural environment with fresh, clean air and pure, chemical-free water.

SAD DIET: DEAD FOOD = DEAD BODY

The Standard American Diet (the "SAD" Diet) is practically the EXACT OPPOSITE of these people who live the longest, healthiest lives. The SAD diet consists primarily of DEAD ‘food’ whose Enzymes have been destroyed by processing, cooking and refining. It has literally been COOKED TO DEATH – there’s no LIFE left in it.

Enzymes are proteins that assist in ALL bodily functions; without enzymes, life is not possible. Vitamins, minerals, proteins and hormones all require enzymes to function. Enzymes are destroyed by cooking, processing, freezing, smoking, pickling, chemicals, radiation, and pasteurization. Just about everything in your typical supermarket store is dead, nutritionally-deficient food – this includes anything in a can or bottle - which have usually all been pasteurized.

Why do people buy this junk? Most of the ‘nutritional’ education in our schools, colleges and universities has been funded by the Meat, Dairy and Baked Goods Industries for the past 80 years or more. And most of our ‘health’ research and training has been bought and funded by the Drugs Industry.

Heat Destroys Nutrition

When food is heated above 107 degrees Fahrenheit, the enzymes begin to breakdown, and by 120F they are completely destroyed. Heating not only destroys enzymes, but alters the chemical make-up of food, rendering it nutritionally-deficient and hard to digest, placing a great burden on your body and stealing your energy. By cooking food, you have killed all its enzymes, hormones, oxygen and phytonutrients; destroyed most vitamins; and transformed protein and minerals into a form the body can no longer use to create new, vital, living cells.

Your body then needs to work overtime to try and digest this dead, unnatural matter which robs your bones and other organs of their minerals and enzymes to neutralize it and complete the process. Processed foods are also full of chemicals and other toxins that your body was never designed to have to deal with – again causing more bodily stress and nutritional deficits.

In Karchikov’s experiments in the 1830s, he found that everyone who ate cooked food had an increase of 200-300% in their white blood cell count and smoked foods increased the count by ~500%.

This is because your immune system sees your body as being invaded by toxins when cooked food is eaten and rushes white blood cells towards your digestive tract. This leaves the rest of your body less protected by your immune system. This phenomenon is called digestive leukocytosis. Karchikov found that Raw foods do not initiate an increase in white blood cell count.

Human beings who are purportedly the most intelligent and advanced species on the planet are the only species to have turned its back on Mother Nature. No animal in Nature consumes ‘dead’ foods!

In the 1930s, Dr. Pottenger carried out experiments with 600 cats, feeding one half of them processed foods and the other half, raw foods. The 300 cats eating processed food developed chronic degenerative diseases such as cancer, heart disease and arthritis. The other half remained healthy to the end of their lives. The second generation of cats that ate processed food developed the same diseases mid-life. The third generation developed the diseases early in life and the fourth generation were not able to reproduce at all. The cats that ate processed food literally became extinct as a species within 4 generations!

…Today, 25% of young people in America are infertile.

“Most of our ‘nutritional’ education has come from very expensive television and magazine advertisements that teach you to want to eat the charred flesh of a dead cow smoldering on a white flour bun which has had every speck of life and nutritional value ground and bleached out of it which will cause your cells to mutate into cancerous tumors which will eat your body alive until you die in excruciating pain! Now we're supposed to follow this up with potatoes that have been frozen to death and then boiled alive in scalding, rancid oil which will make your veins clog up with sludge and cause you to die of an agonizingly painful heart attack! The final touch is a glass of carbonated tap water filled with toxic chlorine and fluorine gas which has been mixed with 11 teaspoons or more of dead, nutrition-free, refined white sugar and artificial flavoring. Factually, The Meat, Dairy and Baked Goods Industries have paid for most of the ‘nutritional’ training in our schools and colleges for the past 80 years or more.

Some people don’t find it so easy to stop their old habits of eating dead ‘junk’ food. We’ve been socially conditioned and taught these habits and learned behaviours since we were little children. Many of us were instructed by parents and teachers to eat animal flesh and drink milk "so you’ll grow up big and strong” and “so you’ll have big, strong muscles and bones”.

Is it surprising that over 65% of our adult population and over 20% of young people already have chronic illnesses? How is it that the countries that consume the highest amount of milk and dairy products have the highest incidence of osteoporosis?

It's time we stop believing the sales pitch of the multi-billion dollar a year commercial vested interests and wake up and take back control of our own minds and bodies! Everything we need to heal ourselves and be ultimately health and full of energy is already within us and found in Nature!

Fortunately, every cell in your body completely replaces itself every 2 years. And 98% are replaced in less than 1 year. Ingesting a high proportion of organically grown, raw, living foods is an essential foundation for the reversal of chronic illnesses and rebuilding your body with new, healthy, vital, living cells.

LIVING FOODS FOR A LIVING BODY!

‘LIVING FOODS’ are plant-based foods that still have their active enzymes or ‘life-force’ present. They give us renewed ‘HOPE’:

Hormones
Oxygen
Phytonutrients
Enzymes

Hormonal depletion is the most significant way people age prematurely. Everything you do in your life is a hormonal activity. We need to continually renew our hormones from living foods.

We were meant to eat our food raw, just like all the rest of the animal kingdom. The more LIFE there is in a food, the more nutritional benefit it has when consumed.
