“How often throughout your day have heard your name being called, when there is nobody around you?”
I am frequently asked, when did I realise that I was Psychic?. The simple answer to that is that my earliest memory was when I was 5 years old, I was standing outside my house, when I saw a man floating above a wall watching me, and wondering why no one else could see him. As I grew older, I would hear voices in my room trying to communicate with me. Occasionally, I would see a Monk standing at the end of my bed, just watching me. Believe me I was scared. I would hide my head under my pillow in fear, hoping they would go away.
Throughout my life I could see Spirit people and I started to see and hear them everywhere, in shops, on the train, walking and during my daily routine. How often throughout your day have heard your name being called, when there is nobody around you? As the years went by, I realised that I had been given the gift to communicate with Spirit. I guess that now through many incidents in my life, I have been forced to do the work that Spirit wanted me to. It came to the point where so many people wanted readings I was forced to make my living from it.
Most of us have watched ghost hunting shows on TV, where a Spiritual Medium has allegedly been physically taken over by a Spirit. Lets face it!, do Mediums really have to go into a frenzy to get the message across. Surely this beckons the question, is it for real or are they looking for an Academy Award? Many times I feel that trying to contact a Spirit can also be an invasion on their privacy. How would we like it if you were sitting at home doing whatever, and all the Spirits were watching you from your window?. So, my message to all genuine Mediums out there is, be humbled and show some discretion to the Spirit world. As the HumanHi Paradoc, I am hear to help those who have a need to find their true path in life and to overcome any obstacles along the way with the help of my Psychic ability and Spirit Guides.

There are many genuine Spiritual Mediums out there. It is sad that there are those who want to exploit innocent people who need help to pursue the correct path in their life and reach their true destiny. We live in a world that consists of mortals and Spirits. Why should we interfere with Spirit where there is no reason to? Yes, we would all like to know where our loved ones have gone once they have passed away.

Dear Mike,
I am 40 years old. My mother and father passed away 5 years ago in a car accident. Her name is Donna and my father is Jack. This made me very depressed and I had to have counseling for 6 months. I feel lost without them and would like to know how to start to get on with my life again. I am still tearful even though it has been 5 years now since my parents passed over. My sister has MS and my brother lives abroad and I don't know who to turn to for advice. I have been told that both my parents are around me and that I should ask for their help. What do you think? Are my parents around me?

The answer to your question is yes, your parents are around you. It seems that you have been looking for closure. There are many things that you would have liked to have told your parents before they had passed on. Most of us will all suffer loss at least twice in our life time, which of course would be our parents.
Your parents are trying to guide and help you as much as they can, some of us are more sensitive to spirit more than others. You must understand that the spirit world is amongst us, just in a different dimension. This means that they can come and see you whenever you think of them. All you have to do is call their names. I can assure you that they will want you to get on with your life.

Dear ParaDoc
Please, please help! I sometimes hear voices in my house while I am washing up or when I am sitting reading a book. I can't make out what the voices say but it feels like someone is whispering in another room. I live with my partner who thinks I'm hearing things because he says he can’t hear anything. What is going on? I have been too embarrassed to discuss this with anyone else. Is there something in my house, or am I starting to go mad?

No, you are not going mad, I feel you are slightly psychic, I think it would be good for you to join a psychic circle in your area. You will become more sensitive to spirits and your senses will help you communicate with them. They can't hurt you, so learn to meditate and it would also be a good idea for you to place a voice recorder in the room. You may be surprised when you play back the recording. Try leaving the recorder in the room for as long as you can, one or two hours.
