ANGELS AND SPIRIT GUIDES
Para-doctor (psychic to the stars)–
As The Para-Doctor I believe that every one of us is surrounded by angles and spirits, although the majority of people may not be aware of this. Most of us have heard someone say, or maybe we said it to ourselves, “someone was looking after me”, obviously referring to angles or spirits.
What is the difference between an Angel and a Spirit guide?
I will not prevaricate, or impose on anyone else’s beliefs and will only say what I see and hear from the Spirit World. It is up to the individual to decide what their own truth and beliefs are. We all have our own faith and belief but fundamentally they are the same. Many people believe that a Spirit guide or Angel looking after them would be a close family member or loved one, such as a parent, sibling or partner. This is true, but they come to help us as well as our own allotted guides/angles.
I have my own Spirit Guide who is called Maggie. She told me that whilst she was on this earth, her name was Margaret Simpson (unfortunately, not from Royalty). She was born in Cornwall and went to live in South Africa with her husband in the early 18th century where she lived for the remainder of her life. She has been with me for approximately 5 years and has proven to be an excellent guide/link between the two worlds, helping me in my work. Previously my guide was Sebastian the monk (2 years) and before him Raymond who was full of energy and fun.
I have established that an angel is an omnipotent evolved spirit, who has experienced many earth lives and has returned to the Spirit world, thus gaining a higher level of energy and understanding. Spirits are able to influence decisions that we make throughout the course of our lives and help us reach our own spiritual fulfilment. We can all aspire to become angels. All we have to do is realise our highest purpose in life each time we are on the earth plane, so that when we go to the other side we would have progressed a little further towards that goal.
A Spirit guide is a less evolved energy that has experienced life and is capable of guiding us towards our destiny. If you find that things are not going well for you, you can ask for guidance. If you feel things have not changed for you, I would suggest you ask for a new guide to come forward. Speak to your guide as you would a friend. It is possible that the guide you have is not right for you. If you feel that life is not going according to plan, your luck is down or maybe have made some bad decisions in life, do not despair, help is always at hand through your spirit guide. All you have to do is ask for help, do not be afraid to do this. This can be done in the privacy of your own home. It does not matter that you cannot hear your guide, they will be able to hear you. You may be pleasantly surprised! Please be aware, we do not have just the one spirit guide, some of us have two, three or four at the same time.
I have heard many stories where people have reported seeing what they interpret as an angel. Many interpretations seem to differ varying from angles with wings to just a blinding light. This happens, usually when desperate times call for desperate measures. It could be described as ‘divine intervention?,’ I call it ‘the boss has come to town!’.
As can be surmised from the above, the difference between Angels and Spirits does not have much relevance from a psychic’s point of view. However, we have established that all Angels and Spirits are here for one purpose and one reason only. That is, to help us and show us how to help each other, through the difficulties, trials and tribulations of life ahead, to fulfil our chosen destiny. They (spirit guides) in turn evolve further by assisting us..
I have wondered what makes a spirit guide want to help us in particular, how do they decide and choose who to guide. It seems that like attracts like. A spirit guide could also be someone we knew in a past life, maybe hundreds or thousands of years ago, possibly your best friend. When you are younger you have a guide that will help with the problems throughout your childhood and teenage years. As you get older and your needs change, so do your goals, thus a new spirit guide will come forward to help you through the next stage of your life. This will enable you to continue, grow and progress with renewed confidence.
You will never be alone, this “I can assure you.”

New Laws for Psychic Mediums?
Offensive or just discrimination?
In May 2008 the Government introduced new consumer regulations to come into force regarding this matter.
Part of the regulations demanded that a Spiritual Medium or Psychic would need to show a disclaimer stating that any psychic readings would be for entertainment purposes only.
Let’s get to the point! I find this totally hypocritical of the Government. If we are only for entertainment why have I helped so many people?
Why does the Government not recognise that we also believe that Spiritualism is a Religion in its own right. Is it because we do not need to go to a Church, Temple or Mosque to practise our beliefs?
Let’s look at this from a different angle, I have people come to me for guidance and I help them with their personal problems. I have received letters of satisfaction from clients I have help in the past and changed the course of their lives in a positive way, without having to preach from any Bible. For me to do this as a dedicated psychic, I spend my days/nights travelling from one place to another up and down the country to people in need of my gift and advice. Can any religion do the same?
Since when did a priest suddenly have the power to advise people, when I have helped more people than any priest could.
All a priest had to do was take a few exams. Does this automatically make him ‘holy’!, does it give him special powers? Can he prove that God exists?
Yet, he is paid a salary to preach the Bible without proof. Although a congregation is not asked to pay directly, but is asked to make a donation to a church, why is it that the priest will ask the people in the congregation to “please give generously” when the plate is passed round? Does he have the right to make people feel guilty, is that the reason that the plate is passed around to every individual? These to me are indirect tactics asking for payment after preaching something that has no substantial evidence. Surely this means that if I am to state that my gift is for entertainment only every church and religious sect would have to have a sign outside the door/disclaimer stating THIS RELIGIOUS SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN PROVEN AND IT IS NOT KNOWN THAT GOD ACTUALY EXISTS AND IS THEREFORE ONLY FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
So my advice to the Government is this:- Keep your nose out of topics that you do not understand, and ask and learn before you decide to criticise spiritualism in any form.
